No comic today - real life got in the way. (No, not Real Life, actual real life.)

I'll try and catch up some time.

In accordance with Prophecy, I have switched off the comic on the RSS feed - it now shows a link to the comic's page. I guess this will be less convenient for people who want to just read the comics through the feed, but I think it'll be easier on bandwidth (though that's less of an issue than it was four years ago) because people won't be downloading the eight most recent comics every time they read their friends page or RSS aggregator of choice.

Also, you know, the pageviews thing.

One disadvantage of this new system is that I have to actually think of titles for the news posts, unlike the soon-to-be-defunct LiveJournal community which would just take any old thing. On the plus side, any director's commentary I add is actually made available to all the readers, and not just the apparently relatively small subsection who are even aware of the LJ feed.

Incidentally, by way of commentary, I'll note that the second panel from this comic comes directly from like a year ago. It hasn't been that long in character, but as with current Marvel editorial mandate, I'm trying to avoid direct chronological references.
