It's like a law: people aren't allowed to think in bubbles any more. They're not grown up, or something. No, it has to be boxes.

I think I've used bubbles once or twice, where appropriate. The boxes are less "internal" and more "monologue" - it's a narration, a conscious thought rather than a glimpse inside their head - and there are a couple of characters who I don't think operate on that level. Mostly Manny. When he thinks at all.

But anyway. Quite happy with the art in this one, expecially Panel 4! Mmm, big head.
