I'm trying out a new website design! Do not panic.

It was past time, to be honest. The old one was looking very plain and starting to fray around the edges. This one is closer to what I was going for all along - with the comic in a big white bar, and the shadows and all - and I kind of like the three-dimensionality of it. It's still only half-complete, really: I'm going to re-shuffle this lower area a bit and incorporate some new widgets in a sidebar area; I think I might move the synopsis to an "About"-type page; it still needs some work on non-comic pages such as the Fanart and Cast.

I've tested the layout on Firefox and Chrome as well as IE6. (It looks OK but IE6 doesn't handle semitransparent PNGs, which is a sacrifice I'm willing to make. Screw you, upgrade.)

In other news I've created a Formspring Q&A thing; you can ask me questions about the comic or grill me for trivia and/or personal details. Eventually this will graduate to an inline form of some kind so people can pester me from the comfort of this very page. I'll also try and knock up an attractive, eye-catching button for the cynical Amazon Wishlist link, which I slipped in without anyone noticing earlier this week sssshhhhh buy me things ssshhhhh.
